Competitiveness Mindset Institute (CMI) is a US 501c(3) non-profit organization founded in 2017 in Princeton, NJ, USA. It is committed to providing world-class training aimed at making Indian professionals a globally competitive and ethical workforce.

CMI produces original, research-backed training content in the areas of competitiveness and leadership. CMI provides this training through its FLY Training programs, using the latest active learning methodologies.

Problem Statement

 

While India has made substantial strides in economic growth, it lags behind in global competitiveness as compared with other BRIC (Brazil, Russia, India, China) economies. The other shortcomings include inadequate non-cognitive, people, and leadership skills among India’s youth and working professionals. There is a gap in training programs in India for these essential skills.
