Mr. Kamlesh Vikamsey is the Chairperson at Audit Advisory Committee of United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), New York, United States of America with effect from 23rd February 2019, and has been a Member since 13th October 2015. He is also a member of the Audit Committee of World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Geneva, Switzerland with effect from 1st March 2019 for a term of 3 years. He is also a member of Independent Management Advisory Committee (IMAC) of International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Geneva, Switzerland with effect from 1st January 2016 and National Advisory Board Manav Sadhan Vikas Sanstha.
Mr. Nishant Singh is admitted to practice law in India and New York (USA). He is graduated from NLSIU Bangalore in 2002 and joined Amarchand Mangaldas as an associate until 2004. He obtained an LLM in 2005 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and had a brief stint as foreign associate at Holland & Knight LLP and an associate at Perkins Cole LLP before joining Dewey & LeBoeuf for two years in January 2007. In the last 16 years, Nishant has worked on a wide array of corporate transactions, including Mergers & Acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), Private Equity, Joint Ventures, and Capital Market Transactions across multiple sectors. He has significant experience in the pharmaceutical sector. Nishant has represented Fortune 100 Companies, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and Investment Banks across multiple jurisdictions.In addition to transactional work, Nishant regularly advises the board of directors and special committees on day-to-day internal corporate affairs, corporate governance matters, and shareholders’ relations. Prior to joining IndusLaw, Nishant worked with leading international law firms – Dewey & LeBoeuf, New York, and Perkins Coie, San Francisco Bay Area.
Mr. Israel is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA) where he sits on the Not-for-Profit Subcommittee and the Tax-Exempt Subcommittee. Israel has more than 17 years of experience providing value-add compliance and tax consulting services to not-for-profit clients of all sizes, including Public Charities, Private Foundations, Membership Associations, Arts and Cultural Organizations, and all other subsectors of the Not-for-Profit industry. He is an expert in Unrelated Business Income Tax (UBIT) and foreign filing requirements for tax-exempt entities. He has experience in providing Employee Benefits Tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse group of clients including Fortune 100 companies and some of the largest pension trusts in the world and assisting clients with the implementation of the requirements of various new legislation and regulations at both the Federal and State levels.
Mr. Rajesh Tripathi is a Principal in the Firm’s National Tax Services Practice and the National Leader for the U.S. India Corridor. He brings more than 19 years of U.S. international tax experience to the Firm. As a National Leader for the U.S. India Corridor, Rajesh focuses on Indian companies doing business in the U.S. and U.S. companies doing business in India. He advises U.S. multinationals and foreign public and privately held companies with U.S. operations on international tax issues, day-to-day international outbound/inbound tax issues, cross-border transactions, and tax treaty issues.
Mr. Suresh V. Shenoy is the President for WHEELS Global Foundation (WGF) and serves on its board to provide valuable advice and direction for activities of the non-profit organization. Mr. Suresh Shenoy has been an active supporter of the Capital IIT and Pan IIT Alumni associations and has continued to give his time and talent to WGF as its trusted advisor. Mr. Suresh Shenoy is Executive Vice President at Alyxtech, Inc., Inc., a Virginia based systems consulting and Technology Company. He recently completed two terms as Chairman of the National Capital region of the American Red Cross and currently serves on the boards of The Kevric Company, IMC Global Services, The Capital IIT Alumni Association and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Shenoy also serves on the TechAmerica Board of Directors, the Board of Directors for Fairfax 2015 – the biennial World Games of Police and Fire Fighters with 12,000 athletes competing from 80 countries.
His distinguished career includes being the Program Committee Chairman of the PanIIT Global Conference held in Washington, DC in 2005. Mr. Shenoy served as co-President of the PanIIT Alumni Association in North America for the 2006-2008 Term. He also represented Dranesville District on the Fairfax County IT Advisory Board for six years. Mr. Shenoy is a Fellow of the Information Management Congress (Europe) and AIIM International (USA). He has been recognized by IBM Corporation as ‘Information Champion’ for his contributions to Enterprise Content Management technologies for three consecutive years 2009-2012 and received the Distinguished Service Award from his alma mater, the Indian Institute of Technology in Mumbai. In 2010, Mr. Shenoy and his brother Sudhakar, were honored by the Northern Virginia Community Foundation for their leadership and contributions to Fairfax County. He is on the adjunct faculty of the School of Information Technology & Engineering at George Mason University, where he teaches a course in Entrepreneurship and Business Innovation.
Mr. Shenoy has traveled widely throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East, has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (1972), and an MBA from the University of Connecticut (1975).
