Affordable, accessible, and quality education is one of the most fundamental rights and absolute necessity for any country’s transformation and growth. That need becomes an extraordinary challenge when addressing 800m residents of rural India often with highly constrained resources and difficult reach. Add on to that the accelerating pace of digitization of economy segments and globalization. It does not take long to understand the scale and magnitude of challenges for India to become a developed economy by 2047.
This webinar will spotlight some of the most original thought-leadership and groundbreaking innovations from the IIT ecosystem (500,000+ Alumni and 23 IITs, that WHEELS represents as its Social Impact Platform). These innovative solutions bring the power of technology and business models coupled with original thinking – simply asking different questions and come with very novel ways to solve these tough challenges our vast underserved communities face.
These five innovations cover the entire landscape from kids starting their education journey (in tiny village hamlets or footpaths) to middle & high schools to colleges & universities and entering the job market to complete the best of the jobs. At the end of the webinar, you will be as confident as WHEELS is about our ability to apply full power of IIT brand to take the toughest challenges head-on and solve big problems.
