WHEELS Global and CII MoU Sign-On

WGF and CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) signed a historic MoU to promote Rural Development through thematic intervention in the fields of healthcare, employability, entrepreneurship, and university-industry interface; bringing in the exchange of technical competencies to ensure inclusive growth.

Both parties will work actively for the promotion of Rural Innovations by handholding and mentoring the rural innovators in mainstreaming their products. Rural Innovations will be identified in collaboration with IIT’s Centres of Excellence and WHEELS network.

This is an example of creating a synergy between industry and local innovators through a mutually beneficial environment.
